| FEED BELT INFEED The infeed belt, made with anti-slick material, is easily adjustable to adapt to various dimensions of products. Independently adjustable side guide to facilitate manual product positioning in the loading phase.

 | TOOTHED WHEELS Controlled film dragging near the welding zone with toothed wheels. The use of these wheels prevents film slipping in the pulling phase.

.jpg) | WELDING UNIT The blades of the cutting and welding unit, whose shape has been optimised for these functions, can easily be replaced and are easy to maintain. The structure of the welding unit allows fast blade mounting for polyethylene film.
On the Athena Combi 6555 the variation of the height of the welding line is achieved by changing the settings on the control panel. |
 | TUNNEL The side and lower hot air blowers, placed inside the shrink tunnel, allow the user to reach an optimal wrapping result. Independent, manual regulation of the hot air flows inside the oven is obtained using external controls. The rotating bar conveyor has been designed to optimise heat removal on the revolving metal parts. The fan motor for the air flow is located outside the machine, giving greater accessibility for inspection checking and maintenance. The exit conveyor helps product collection by the operator.
