After the impediments related to the health emergency, Metpack exhibition starts off again this year with renewed enthusiasm on the part of both exhibitors and visitors, who are eager to get to the heart of the latest industry innovations and take stock of market trends and prospects. Therefore, from 2 to 6 May, Messe Essen, one of Germany's leading trade fairs, will be the heart of this important event dedicated to the metal packaging industry and all stages of its processing and marketing. According to accredited research centres, the metal packaging market is expected to have a global 4% annual growth rate for the 2020-2027 period, full of great product and process innovations.
Aetna Group, world leader in the packaging industry specialising in end-of-line solutions, will be present at the event with an institutional stand of 36 square metres in Hall 1 Stand 1B27 with the aim of meeting all the protagonists of the supply chain and promoting the technologies of the two reference brands Robopac and OCME: from palletising and depalletising systems, to stretch film wrapping systems, to laser-guided vehicles, guaranteeing an efficient and extremely flexible end-of-line.
The Group has always dedicated significant resources and investments in research and development - more than 7% of its turnover - to provide the packaging industry and its segments with the innovation necessary to be competitive and ready for change.
With this in mind, the Aetna Group's range of solutions is constantly evolving and covers all end-of-line requirements in terms of production, industrial layout and material and energy savings. The upstream objective of Aetna Group production is always to provide custom-made solutions to optimise existing production processes, introduce new ones and improve overall performance, guaranteeing the customer an undamaged product up to its destination, whatever its shape, weight or material.
