At the initiative of Aetna Group USA, a significant female representation composed of Sales Managers, Product Managers, Service Trainers and equivalent figures from the American and Canadian Robopac dealers gathered to witness their experience of life in the company and exchange their views on the future of the industry.

For the occasion, Valentina Aureli, CEO of Aetna Group, talked about the importance of valuing the professional and personal inclinations of each individual and the need to increasingly encourage and promote the presence of women, their talents and skills in the packaging machinery industry. "Every individual, in fact," says the CEO of Aetna Group, "is an entrepreneur of his or her own life, both personal and professional, and through commitment and motivation can express his or her talent. Every individual is valued for what he or she does, and for this he or she can contribute to development and progress, while respecting rules and ethical and moral values, and make a difference as an individual and as a team, for his or her own satisfaction but above all for the good of the community."

Sharing with the audience her own experience in the world of business and its management, Valentina Aureli touched on topics such as Meritocracy, Energy and Identification in Product and Satisfaction for teamwork, highlighting the passion for technology that drives women in this sector.

Topics also addressed from other angles by three other important faces belonging to Aetna Group USA: Tyng Wu Sales Manager Robopac, Maria Badger Product Manager of Robopac Systems, and Sophia Graham Account Manager Aftermarket Aetna Group USA.

A special meeting to reaffirm that the presence of women in the world of work in general, and packaging specifically, is a key ingredient made up of tenacity, commitment and perseverance that Aetna Group perseveres at every level
