Once again this year Aetna Group will be at the forefront with its main brands Robopac and OCME at LogiMAT, Europe's largest international trade fair for intralogistics and process management. The spotlight will be on Stuttgart (Germany) from 25 to 27 April 2023 at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre with a number of technology solutions presented in Hall 1, Booth 1C41.

Germany proves to be a strategic country for Aetna Group business, which is also investing in a new German branch office recently completed in Stuttgart. In the showroom, customers can get hands-on with some of the best performing machines in the end-of-line packaging sector, and come into direct contact with the TechLab, the industry's most advanced research laboratory system. TechLab is dedicated to continuous product and process development, and has the peculiarity of being able to scientifically test the effectiveness of a palletized load under predefined transport conditions, whether by road, rail, ship or air.

LogiMAT will therefore see some of the most advanced solutions from OCME and Robopac dedicated to the optimization of internal logistics, handling and end-of-line.

Specifically, OCME will showcase the laser-guided vehicle of the AURIGA CT family for loading and unloading pallets of various sizes. These vehicles are counterbalanced with forks for greater stability and loading capacity, are suitable for the transport of any type of product and move autonomously thanks to the intelligent warehouse management system (WMS).

OCME has almost twenty years' experience in the development of internal logistics and handling solutions to and from the warehouse, and has established itself in the main international markets for the high level of automation of its LGV solutions, offering a tailor-made response to the growing demand for flexible and rapid solutions, in line with an increasingly interconnected vision of warehousing, storage and goods handling.

Equally important are the end-of-line solutions by Robopac Systems and Machinery, represented by the wide range of tables and rotating arms for stabilizing palletized loads with stretch film or shrink-wrap, in manual or automatic mode. Thanks to their precision, reliability and speed, these technologies guarantee the right load stabilization with the ultimate goal of keeping products intact along the entire logistics chain all the way to their final destination.

Robot S7, the self-propelled packaging machine characterized by packaging autonomy and great flexibility will be present at the stand. Designed to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, Robot S7 features two system innovations: facilitated film insertion (ILS) and Power Drive technology, which allows the latter to be controlled with extreme precision, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretching and reduced consumption.

OCME and Robopac, by combining their reciprocal competences, therefore constitute a "turnkey" answer for the management and optimization of the final stages of production, placing themselves on the market as a synergic reality at the service of industries that need to accelerate, simplify and increase their production capacity.
