From 15 to 18 June the leading company of Aetna Group will represent the best of technology in the most important Asian event dedicated to Processing & Packaging
After the success of last year and the latest trade fairs, Robopac and OCME are back in Bangkok for the 30th edition of Propak Asia, the international exhibition of Processing & Packaging for the food&beverage, pharma, cosmetics and many other segments.
In our booth AB11, Robopac and OCME will once again represent the excellence of packaging and packaging machines, confirming the positive trend and the success of recent trade fairs.
With a markedly green approach, the Propak Asia organization has in fact purchased renewable electricity for over 90%, drastically reducing carbon emissions and the environmental impact of the entire event. With a particular focus on sustainable technology, the event will therefore offer companies on the eastern side the opportunity to meet, discuss innovations and business opportunities.
From this point of view, the opening of the OCME Pacific branch in Bangkok guarantees a local presence thanks to a solid network of technicians specialized in after-sales services, from South East Asia to North East and Oceania.
Active since 2014, the branch has quickly become a point of reference for the internal range of products - for the moment with the exception of semi-automatic solutions - and for the services offered to customers: installation optimization, audit and/or up-grade machines, spare parts supply, commissioning of new formats, telephone and on-site assistance for every other need. A reality that is growing more and more and that is expanding and structuring the service in the face of new and fruitful collaborations.
In the Thai capital, the Aetna Group’s reference Business Units will present two of the most performing technologies in their range: Robot S7, the semi-automatic stretch film solution with excellent performance, and Masterplat PGS, the new range of semi-automatic turntable wrapping machines. These solutions are particularly appreciated throughout the Asian continent for their high level of technology, reliability and integration flexibility.
Specifically, the machines in the Robot S7 range, the range of self-propelled packaging devices with high packing autonomy and Stop&go function for an immediate stop in the presence of obstacles and automatic restart. An advanced technology capable of wrapping and stabilizing palletized loads of any shape, size and weight. In addition, with the easy film insertion system (ILS) and Power Drive technology, you can control the latter with extreme precision, ensuring a perfect pre-stretch and significantly reduced consumption.
In the case of Masterplat PGS, on the other hand, we are talking about a machine that combines the possibility of protecting the product and saving considerable quantities of films, thanks to an advanced pre-stretch system. Masterplat PGS is the ideal solution for those who need high-level performance, without waste and with a good ease of use: in fact, thanks to the new graphic icon display and jog parameter selection, cycles can be programmed easily and intuitively.
Propak Asia 2022 is just a short time away: Aetna Group is ready to take its technologies overseas to share with customers and introduce the world to the innovation that has always distinguished it, placing it at the top of the packaging machinery market and beyond. Thanks to the OCME Pacific subsidiary based in Bangkok, today the Group can count on a strong local network of collaborators and salespeople that is increasingly structured, increasingly global and ready to expand.
