NOTICE OF POSSIBLE MATERIAL SHORTAGES

Dear Valued Customers,

These past years have been difficult for us all, in one way or another, and although we are starting to see some improvements, we are not going to return to the norm anytime soon. With the following message, it appears as though the Covid-19 Virus has affected the Global availability of raw materiai supplies. This is due to an unforeseen disruption to the supply chain and is immediate and beyond any control. As a result, we are facing persistent materiai shortages of any kind from electronics to steel and other criticai components of machinery. Aetna Group SPA- ROBOPAC believes it is important for all customers to know the situation, and understand this is a global situation, and not just a particular situation on our supply chain. We have a limited amount of materiai available, and we are checking to see what else may be available from several other suppliers. In the same time the lack of materiai and the common search for all possible sources has increased remarkably the cost of the whole supply materials, leaving spaces to market speculations and uncontrolled prices. Unfortunately this has led to necessary adjustments of prices on our side too, despite we're doing our best to mitigate them as much as possible through internal efficiency programs. We are monitoring the situation very closely and continuously search for alternate components to ensure to have a functional and complete machine with a minimum impact on our customers expectations. We're also enhancing our production capabilities to reduce the internal assembly time in order to minimize possible delays coming from supply chain shortages.
