Representing the most advanced end-of-line solutions will be the Aetna Group's business unit Sotemapack, which, together with Robopac Machinery and OCME, will be in Hall 13 C87 to showcase the results of its technological know-how and offer specialized advice to all visitors.

Solutions in line with the Industry 4.0 principles, starting from Robot S7, semi-automatic packaging technology for stretch film wrapping, with Stop&Go function for immediate stop in the presence of obstacles and automatic restart. An advanced device capable of wrapping and stabilizing palletized loads of any nature and controlling film consumption with extreme precision thanks to the innovative film insertion facilitated system (ILS) through the opening of the carriage and the Power Drive technology with brushless motorization.

In addition, connectivity is guaranteed thanks to the possibility of installing R-Connect technology: a technologically advanced monitoring system that allows complete control of operation and total support to the end customer, who finds himself with a turnkey solution to manage the control, collection, processing and storage of a large amount of data coming from the installed machines with extreme peace of mind. In addition, Robopac Machinery will also exhibit Recycle, a machine designed with sustainability in mind that compacts consumables and reduces their volume by up to 70%, making them easier to transport.

For a complete end-of-line, Aetna Group is exhibiting OCME's Auriga family: a wide range of laser-guided vehicles that are reliable, easy to implement and highly flexible in use.

The top products designed specifically for the industry are the Sotemapack line and, in particular, two fast, high-performance solutions: the Spiror BW1800/500 automatic horizontal wrapping machine and the Stretchpack 130S IL machine for the application of tensioned covering film.

The former offers excellent protection for a wide range of product sizes and weights. Its features are high speed, flexibility and low consumption. The second is equipped with a product-pusher system for high-speed lines, which wraps all four sides of products such as panels, insulation boards, trays, boxes and similar products, with a PE foil stretched to provide maximum packaging stability. It is available with manual or automatic product insertion.
